You're Missing Out If You've Never Tried Vietnamese Pho Noodle

Pho (pronounced "fuh" with a long "u") is a Vietnamese noodle soup that has been gaining popularity in the United States in recent years. The broth is typically made from beef or chicken, rice noodles, and various herbs and spices. Pho can be made with or without meat, and is often served with fresh vegetables, lime wedges, and chilies.

Pho originated in Hanoi, Vietnam and is now considered the country's national dish. It was first introduced to the United States in the early 1980s by refugees fleeing the Vietnam War. Since then, its popularity has steadily grown, and there are now hundreds of pho restaurants nationwide.

Despite its growing popularity, pho remains relatively unknown to most Americans.

Pho is healthy, delicious, and easy to make at home. I never knew that my wife, Lavie, can make an amazing Pho. My wife's pho is the best I have ever had. Her broth is delicious and her season is just right. She makes it with her own special broth recipe, and adds her own unique ingredients that make it stand out from all other pho soups. If you ever get a chance to try my wife's pho, I promise you will love it!

My son's name is Victor and he is two years old. He has always seen us eating Pho, but he never wanted to try it. Recently, however, we give him a small bowl of Pho and I was surprised that he liked it!

At first, he play with it, putting his finger into the bowl and taste the brooth through his finger. But after a few minutes, he got bored and decided to try to eat it. I was surprised that he liked it, he take the bowl of pho and start to slurp. I guess he must like it because he ate a lot.

If you've never tried Pho before, I highly recommend giving it a try. Especially if you have my wife's recipe for Pho. It's the best!, I promise you will love it!
